Talent Release Form for Minors – (Australia)
I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Release: I hereby release and discharge Professional Player Pathway Pty Ltd and its agents, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise by reason of anything contained in the Material or the use thereof.
2. Rights: I acknowledge that Professional Player Pathway Pty Ltd shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Material, including all copyrights therein.
3. No Compensation: I understand and agree that the minor will not receive any compensation for their participation in the Production or the use of the Material, other than what is expressly provided in a separate agreement.
4. Use: I consent to the use of the Material in all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to, promotional and advertising materials, without any further consent or compensation.
5. Parental Consent: I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor, and I have full legal authority to execute this release.
6. Emergency Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of any injury or medical emergency involving the minor during their participation in the Production, I authorize the production staff to obtain emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary.
7. Governing Law: This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Queensland Australia.
8. Entire Agreement: This release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Professional Player Pathway Program - Terms and Conditions
Parties and Background
These Terms and Conditions (Agreement) are provided by Professional Player Pathway Pty Ltd ACN 675 463 895 (PPP, we, us, our). Please read this Agreement carefully before participating in the Professional Player Pathway program (Program).
By registering for the Program, you:
1. Must be over the age of eighteen (18) (and if not, a parent or guardian must sign this Agreement).
2. Agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined here, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to your access of the Portal
Overview of Services
The Program is designed to provide young athletes aged between 8 and 23 years with the opportunity to develop their skills and pursue a career in professional football (soccer). The Program runs for a minimum of 12 months, after which it transitions to a weekly subscription.
The Program offers two payment options
1. Paid-in-Full (PIF)
1. Cost: $3,497.00 (inclusive of GST).
2. Includes the following program elements:
2.1. One (1) Match Analysis
2.2. The Football Plan (Portal Access)
2.3. The Secret Document
2.4. Professional Player Monthly Zoom Meetings
2.5. Nutrition DNA Test
2.6. Access to our PPP Skool Ap
3. Includes a FREE GPS Tracker.
3.1. You will receive a GPS tracker for the purposes of monitoring and enhancing your performance and development.
3.2. Device may take up to thirty (30) business days for delivery from signing up.
3.3. The GPS device and vest come with a full warranty from the supplier. In the event of loss or damage not covered by the warranty, it will be at the player’s discretion to purchase a replacement device for $399.00.
4. After 12 months, the Program automatically converts to a weekly subscription of $67,
which provides:
4.1. Access to PPP Skool App.
4.2. One (1) additional Match Analysis per year.
4.3. Representation by a player agent.
4.4. Eligibility for Trials Opportunity.
5. To cancel the subscription after 12 months, you must provide 30 days’ written notice. Failure to cancel will result in the continuation of weekly billing.
6. Non-payment of the weekly subscription will result in suspension of Program access, including trial eligibility.
2. Payment Plan (12-Months)
1. Initial Deposit: $497.00
2. Weekly Payment: $86.53 for 52 weeks (total cost: $4,997.00, inclusive of GST).
3. Includes the following program elements:
3.1. One (1) Match Analysis
3.2. The Football Plan (Portal Access)
3.3. The Secret Document
3.4. Professional Player Monthly Zoom Meetings
3.5. Nutrition DNA Test
3.6. Access to our PPP Skool App
4. GPS Tracker NOT included. You may purchase a GPS Tracker separately for $399.00 (must be paid upfront).
4.1. GPS tracker serves for the purposes of monitoring and enhancing your performance and development.
4.2. Device may take up to thirty (30) business days for delivery from purchase.
4.3. The GPS device and vest come with a full warranty from the supplier. In the event of loss or damage not covered by the warranty, it will be at the player’s discretion to purchase a replacement device for $399.00.
5. Contract locked in for the first 12 months.
6. After 12 months, the weekly payment continues unless a 30 days’ written notice is submitted via the designated online cancellation form.
7. Non-payment of the weekly subscription will result in suspension of Program access,
including trial eligibility.
Detail of Services
• Match Analysis
Upon enrolling in the Program, participants are required to submit a video of a recent football game ("Match Video") in which they played at least 80% of the match duration. PPP will review the Match Video within 30 business days of receipt and provide a Match Analysis Review. Participants must submit the Match Video within 90 days of enrolment. This review involves feedback from football experts, aimed at enhancing the participant’s performance and development. Additional Match Analyses beyond those included in the Program will incur additional fees.
• The Football Plan (Portal Access)
The Football Plan is a tailored development plan designed to track and enhance a player’s objectives and progress. Participants are required to provide data related to their training and match performances ("Football Plan Data"). This data, gathered from Match Analysis and other metrics, forms the basis of the Football Plan. Throughout the Program, PPP football experts may arrange calls with participants to review their Football Plan and outline next steps for improvement.
• The Secret Document
Participants who complete full payment of their Program fees will receive PPP’s proprietary "Secret Document." This document provides strategic insights and proprietary training methods tailored to the participant’s development journey. It is strictly for personal use and sharing it with others will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.
• Professional Player Monthly Zoom Meetings
Once a month, PPP will host an online meeting for participants and their parents, with the date determined at the company’s discretion. These 45-minute sessions will cover various football topics, provide feedback, and allow participants to ask questions. Recordings of these sessions will be available for on-demand access for up to 12 months. Participants are expected to engage positively and professionally during these meetings. Offensive behaviour may result in removal from the Program without refund.
• Nutrition DNA Test

This test provides personalised insights into nutritional needs based on the participant’s genetic profile. Participants must send the sample and completed forms following our instructions within 30 days of enrolment. The results will be incorporated into their overall development plan.
• Trial Eligibility
Participation in trials is contingent upon payment in full of the first 12 months of the Program (either PIF or Payment Plan). Trials are subject to the sole discretion of PPP and are only available to participants meeting all Program requirements.
1. You may be offered a chance to attend a Pro Scholarship Trial at a club or private football academy in the UK or Europe (Trial).
2. There will be no charge for the Trial opportunity and PPP will cover any cost for the Trial excluding the following:
2.1. Flights to and from Europe or the UK
2.2. On ground transport costs
2.3. Meals
2.4. Accommodation costs
2.5. Travel insurance
2.6. Travel documentation including any required visas.
3. If you successfully complete the Trial without any warning or exclusion from PPP or the Trial, you may be provided a scholarship at the relevant club or academy that you conducted your Trial (at the discretion of club or academy).
4. Selection for a scholarship and the amount is dependent on the club or academy’s view and opinion of you as a football player at the time of Trial.
5. You may receive an offer within sixty (60) Business Days of completing a successful Trial. For example: player A gets offered a 50% scholarship and the football fees for the year are $15,000 then fees payable for the football would be $7,500. The scholarship amount does not include accommodation, visas, food, or flights to and from the country of origin to the destination for the Scholarship
General Terms
1.Cancellation Policy: You may cancel the subscription by providing a 30-day written notice via the online cancellation form provided by PPP. This cancellation notice will only be effective after the first 12 months of the Program. Should you choose to cancel within the first 12 months, you will still be responsible for the full payment of the Program fees for that initial year. Without cancellation, payments will continue on a rolling weekly basis after the initial 12-month period.
2. Refunds: Any Deposit and Program Fees paid to join the Program or for Services are
non-refundable.
2.1. Once you sign up for the Program, whether opting for the Payment Plan or paid-in full arrangement, you are committing to the full amount of minimum 12 Months of Program Fees as outlined in the Sign-Up Form.
2.2. Any failure to pay the Program Fees owed to us may result in you being referred to our finance team for further action, which may include engaging a debt collection agency to recover outstanding amounts.
2.3. This clause underscores the importance of financial commitment and ensures clarity regarding the non-refundable nature of the Program Fees associated with the Services provided by us.
3. Suspension for Non-Payment: Failure to make weekly payments post the 12-month period will result in suspension of access to all Program services, including trials, app access, and representation.
4. Device Ownership and Maintenance: For participants receiving a GPS Tracker, ownership is transferred after the Deposit and Program Fees are paid in full. Participants are responsible for proper care and maintenance of the device.
5. Third Party Services: We may use third party service providers as part of our Service, including (but not limited to) Stripe and DocuSign, and are not responsible for their services, please refer to their terms and conditions of service.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
7. Events
7.1. Consent for use of image and voice: By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their voice, name, and likeness in recordings for promotional purposes without compensation. Data will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. No recording or distribution: Participants are prohibited from filming, recording, or sharing intellectual property from the event without written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Ownership: All intellectual property (IP), including materials and resources, remains the exclusive property of PPP. Participants do not gain any rights to IP under this agreement.
8.2. Restrictions on use: Participants must not reproduce, distribute, or modify PPP’s IP without prior written consent.
8.3. Licence: Participants are granted a non-transferable, limited, revocable licence to access the Portal for the duration of their participation. This licence ends if the participant ceases to be involved in the program.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1. No guaranteed outcomes: PPP does not guarantee specific results from the program, as success depends on various external factors and personal effort.
9.2. Exclusion of liability: PPP and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained in connection with participation, except where required by law. Liability is capped at the total fees received by PPP under the agreement.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. Obligation to maintain confidentiality: Participants must keep confidential all proprietary and non-public information disclosed during the program.
10.2. Indemnity for breach: Participants agree to indemnify PPP for losses caused by a breach of confidentiality. PPP may seek injunctive relief in case of such breaches.
11. Termination
11.1. Right to terminate: PPP may terminate a participant’s involvement at any time, particularly in cases of breach. The Refund Policy will apply upon termination.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. Applicable law: The agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
13. Severability
13.1. Invalid provisions: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid.
14. Entire Agreement
14.1. Complete agreement: This document supersedes any prior agreements and constitutes the full and final agreement between the parties. By enrolling, participants agree to the terms.
15. Survival
15.1. Ongoing obligations: Certain clauses (e.g., confidentiality, liability) survive termination or expiration of the agreement.
16. Notices
16.1. Form of communication: Notices must be in writing and sent by post, email, or delivered in person. Delivery times depend on the method used.
17. Force Majeure
17.1. Exemption from liability: Neither party is liable for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure). If it lasts more than six months, either party may terminate the agreement.
18. Assignment
18.1. No assignment without consent: Neither party can transfer rights or obligations under this agreement without written consent from the other party.
19. Waiver
19.1. Non-waiver: Delays in exercising rights or partial exercise of rights do not constitute a waiver of those rights.
20. Relationship Between the Parties
20.1. No partnership: This agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture; it solely establishes a contractual relationship.
21. Counterparts
21.1. Multiple copies: The agreement can be executed in multiple counterparts, all considered one and the same.
22. Electronic Signature
22.1. Electronic agreement: The agreement can be signed electronically in accordance with relevant electronic transaction laws.
23. Merger
23.1. No merger on completion: The rights and obligations of the parties do not merge upon completion of the agreement
24. Interpretation
In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise:
24.1. a singular word includes the plural and vice versa;
24.2. if a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning;
24.3. a reference to a Party to this Agreement or any other document or agreement includes the party’s successors, permitted substitutes and permitted assigns; 24.4. a reference to a person includes a corporation, trust, partnership, unincorporated body, government, governmental agency, local authority, statutory body, or other entity whether or not it comprises a separate legal entity;
24.5. a reference to a clause, schedule, annexure, or party is a reference to a clause of and a schedule, annexure, or party to, this Agreement and references to this Agreement include any schedules or annexures;
24.6. a reference to a document or agreement (including a reference to this Agreement) is to that document or agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced;
24.7. a reference to legislation or to a provision of legislation (including subordinate legislation) is to that legislation as amended, re-enacted, or replaced, and includes any subordinate legislation issued under it;
24.8. if any day on or by which a person must do something under this Agreement is not a Business Day, then the person must do it on or by the next Business Day;
24.9. a reference to a year or a month means a calendar year or calendar month respectively;
24.10. the meaning of general words is not limited by specific examples introduced by “including”, “for example”, “such as” or similar expressions;
24.11. this Agreement is not to be interpreted against the interests of a party merely because that party proposed this Agreement or some provision in it or because that party relies on a provision of this Agreement to protect itself;
24.12. headings, footnotes, and contents are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement; and
24.13. a reference to a monetary amount is a reference to the currency of Australia.
Amendments
PPP reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated through written notice or updates on PPP’s website. Continued participation after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and PPP regarding the Program. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
